Paper Submission and Registration

There is no registration fee for ECEX2014. Prospective students may fill in and submit the registration form detailing their personal information, supervisor name, choice of track, project title and a one-paragraph summary of their work. The deadline for this is 17th April 2014.
The form can be downloaded here.

All project submissions shall go through a reviewing process by the expo committee. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be on 24th April 2014, thereafter successful participants are required to present a more specific two-page technical paper detailing the project background, problem statement, methodology and results; as well as design a poster (size A1) describing their work.
The technical paper template in MS Word can be downloaded here.

A demonstration session to test the feasibility of participants’ final research products will take place on 8th May 2014. This session is held to ensure all products are in working condition and that the results are valid before they can be presented during the event itself. Participants who fail in this session will unfortunately be disqualified from the expo.
